Delivery times are extended for custom jewelry, with an additional 2 business days for processing

You have 14 days to return your item, free of charge.

To speed up the return process, the customer is required to include the following in the package (preferably the original packaging):

• the order number
• a printout of the return email
• the products you wish to return
